For all the new people here (thank you for subscribing love u) hey, I’m Eli.

I’ve been helping businesses/not-for-profits build AI automations and streamline their businesses for a while now,

BUTTTT recently, I’ve taken a big pivot into the world of software creation.

Right now, I’m cooking up two new SaaS products that I’ll be launching soon—
and let me tell you, I’m beyond stoked.

I’m actually planning a full YouTube case study so you can see exactly how I’m building, marketing,

and scaling these products from scratch.
Think of it as a behind-the-scenes pass for anyone curious about creating something from the ground up.

What are these products, you ask?

Well one of them is a goal-setting software that I have shown on my channel before. boring, i know.

But the other is quite cool!

I won’t disclose exactly what it is until next week, but it’s basically a Chatgpt “deep research” wrapper.

kind of like ChatGPT’s newest feature, but laser-focused on one particular niche.

I chose my niche by digging into Google search trends.
Saw consistent search volume, almost no competition—
which means a real shot at showing up on the first page of Google.

And that’s huge.

Here’s something else I’ve learned lately:
Content is king.
If you’ve been on the fence about creating your own, consider this your sign to jump in.

Start simple: post a few times a week on X (formerly Twitter).
Share your dreams, your goals—maybe you’re learning a small skill today or have a big target in the months ahead.
People connect with honest, transparent, and sometimes vulnerable updates.

If you feel good on camera, try doing talking head reels on Instagram.
Keep the editing light and focus on authenticity over perfection.
Minimize the friction between you and hitting “publish.”

Then, when you’re ready for the next level, dive into YouTube for long-form, value-packed content.
Share every step of your journey—your challenges, your wins, and all the behind-the-scenes details.

Trust me, you’ll be surprised how many people root for you
once they see you’re genuinely passionate and putting yourself out there.

Meanwhile, it’s been refreshing to take a small step back from my done-for-you AI automation work
so I can throw more energy into these new products.

Of course, I still need to keep the lights on, so I’m locking down a client this month.
Once we kick off development, I’ll be dancing between that and my new software babies.

But hey—sometimes you need one foot on home base while you’re swinging for the fences.
